Welcome to my redesigned portfolio website. This site is powered by Wordpress and was developed from scratch. Yes, I could have used the Default template, but that would have been too easy.
This build has given me the opportunity to explore some plugins and the built in functions of Wordpress. It is a simple and powerful system and best of all, it’s opensource and free for all.
I am going to miss the thumbnail gallery with the Jquery Thickbox from my older site, but this site gives me the power to update content through blog posts and comes with a powerful backend built in. I’ll be adding some of my older media projects soon, so I think I’ll bring the thickbox back for video at least. Maybe. We’ll see.
